Client Matching & Onboarding If selected, you will be matched with a US client whose needs align with your skills and availability. You will receive a formal Contractor Agreement to review and sign before your engagement begins.
Compensation and Working Conditions
Delegate IQ contractors are engaged as independent contractors and are compensated on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis as agreed in their individual contracts. Payments are made in US dollars via secure international transfer methods (wire transfer, PayPal, Wise, or equivalent). Work hours are typically aligned with US Central Time business hours, and the standard engagement is a defined number of hours per week as agreed with the client
