Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with healthcare clients, ensuring that all
contractors handling Protected Health Information (PHI) are bound by the full
requirements of the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
For Overseas Contractors
Personal data submitted through the Delegate IQ overseas
talent portal — including resumes, CVs, and contact information — is collected solely
for the purpose of talent matching and is stored on secure, encrypted platforms.
Delegate IQ does not transfer personal data to unauthorized third parties and complies
with applicable international data protection frameworks, including the General Data
