Personal data submitted through the Delegate IQ overseas talent portal — including resumes, CVs, and contact information — is collected solely for the purpose of talent matching and is stored on secure, encrypted platforms. Delegate IQ does not transfer personal data to unauthorized third parties and complies with applicable international data protection frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
